1. How do I book a grooming appointment?

You can easily book an appointment online through our website or by calling us at 07853 702639. You can also contact us via Email, Facebook, Instagram and Whats App. Simply mention your preferred time and provide some details about your dog and we will find a suitable time for you and your dog. 

2. Do I need to make an appointment in advance?

Yes, we recommend scheduling your grooming appointment in advance to secure your preferred time. Appointments are subject to availability, especially during peak times.

3. What should I bring with my dog to the grooming appointment?

Please bring your dog with a leash and make sure they have been fed. You do not need to bring grooming supplies, as we provide everything needed for your dog’s grooming session. If your dog has any special requirements (allergies, skin sensitivities, etc.), please let us know in advance.

4. How long will the grooming session take?

The length of the grooming session depends on your dog’s breed, size, and the type of grooming service requested. On average, grooming takes between 1-3 hours. We will inform you of the estimated time when you book.

5. What grooming services do you offer?

We offer a variety of services, including:

6. Can I stay with my dog during grooming?

For your dog's safety and to ensure the grooming process goes smoothly, we ask that owners do not stay in the grooming area. This helps reduce stress for your pet and allows our groomers to focus on their work.

7. What if my dog has behavior issues (e.g., anxiety, aggression)?

We can accommodate dogs with mild anxiety or behavior challenges. However, if your dog has severe behavioral issues, such as aggression, please notify us in advance. We may recommend a pre-grooming consultation to assess your dog’s temperament and discuss how we can best proceed.

8. Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the total price of missed groom. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

9. Do you offer grooming for puppies and senior dogs?

Yes, we provide grooming services for puppies and senior dogs. We adjust our grooming approach to meet the unique needs of puppies and older dogs, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for them.

10. My dog is shedding a lot—do you offer de-shedding services?

Yes, we offer de-shedding treatments that can help reduce shedding and improve your dog’s coat condition. Our groomers use specialized tools to remove excess hair and reduce matting.

11. Can I use your grooming services if my dog has fleas?

Yes, we offer flea treatments as part of our grooming services. If your dog has fleas, please let us know before the appointment, and we will ensure that the necessary treatments are applied.

12. What is your pricing for grooming services?

Prices vary depending on the size, breed, and condition of your dog, as well as the specific grooming services requested. You will receive a quote when booking your appointment, and we will provide an estimate upon arrival.

13. Do you have an introductory offer or discounts for new customers?

Yes! We offer an introductory offer for new customers, which gives you a discount on your first grooming service. Please note that the offer is valid for one-time use per dog. Check our Introductory Offers page for more details.

14. How do I know if my dog is ready for grooming?

If your dog’s coat is becoming matted, tangled, or overly long, it's a good idea to schedule a grooming appointment. Additionally, regular grooming helps maintain your dog’s overall health and hygiene, so it’s best to groom your dog every 4-8 weeks depending on their coat type.

15. Do you take photos of pets during grooming?

Yes, with your consent, we may take photos or videos of your pet for training purposes and social media. If you do not want your pet’s image shared, please let us know before the appointment.

16. What if I am late for my appointment?

We understand that things can come up, but we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please call us. We may need to reschedule or charge a late fee if you arrive too late for your grooming session.

17. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
